Systemic racism is holding women of color—particularly Black women—back at work. From bias in hiring and promotions to everyday discrimination, our research consistently shows that Black women face more barriers in the workplace than women overall.

I led the direction and created a fast-paced 2.5-minute video that had a mix of text, talking heads, and illustrations. The tone is engaging and serious while still being accessible to everyone. The video has been viewed over 90K times on social.
